Overview: Pueraria mirifica extract 40% isoflavones 4:1 is a compound derived from the tuberous roots of pueraria mirifica or Thai kudzu. It is rich in phytoestrogens called isoflavones which possess a strong estrogenic effect. Because of this, it is often sold as an herbal supplement for treating the symptoms of menopause as well as osteoporosis.
Common Dosage: More research is needed to come up with a more substantial recommended dosage for pueraria mirifica. However, most research has shown that 25 to 100 mg of the extract has no adverse effects
