Origin: Obtained from Oolong tea leaves
Overview: Oolong Tea Extract is a fine yellowish brown to yellow powder containing Polyphenols with a concentration level of 50%. It is produced from Camellia sinensis O. Ktze. Oolong tea also contains theophylline and theobromine, and theaflavin.
It can be used in supplements to support energy levels, support lipolysis and provide antioxidant activity, increase energy expenditure and fat oxidation, sharpen thinking skills and improve mental alertness, to prevent cancer, tooth decay, osteoporosis, and heart disease.
Common Dosage: 500 mg taken 1 to 2 times daily
