Overview: Luo Han Guo P.E. 7% is an extract derived from a fruit that originates from China. The fruit emerged from the monks in the steep Guilin Mountains of Southern China dating as far back as the 13thcentury. Luo Han Guo is a cousin of the cucumber, and a member of the gourd family of fruits.
This fruit is dried and can be processed into a powder that contains natural substances called mongrosides which is used as a natural sweetener and is 300 times sweeter than sugar.
