Overview: Oolong Tea Extract is a fine yellowish brown to yellow powder containing Polyphenols produced from 100% natural leaf of Camellia sinensis O. Ktze. Oolong tea also contains theophylline and theobromine, and theaflavin.
It can be used in supplements to support energy levels, support lipolysis and provide antioxidant activity, increase energy expenditure and fat oxidation, sharpen thinking skills and improve mental alertness, to prevent cancer, tooth decay, osteoporosis, and heart disease.
Common Dosage: 500 mg taken 1 to 2 times daily
