Overview: Oat flours is a gluten-free whole grain flour made from whole oats. It is deemed safe to consume Coro people with gluten allergy or gluten intolerance since it is easier to digest. It is also low in cholesterol, saturated fats, and sodium.
Oat flour is also rich in nutrients including selenium, thiamine, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, potassium, folate, riboflavin, niacin, and calcium. It also contains vitamins B6, E, and K.
