David Bromwich, President of NutraCap Labs, oversees the strategic direction of the Atlanta based nutraceuticals company. Employing 200 people across the United States, Nutracap Labs seeks to lower the barrier of entry for health and skincare entrepreneurs by providing a one stop solution for R&D, design, marketing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and beyond.
Bromwich, 42, has been with Nutracap Labs since inception in 2017. From tripling the square footage to accommodate new workflow and production lines to increasing and developing the sales team to continually support existing customers while cultivating new clients, Bromwich has been instrumental in the company’s growth. He has extensive expertise in a wide array of strategic, business, safety and regulatory matters across several divisions. Bromwich also mentors and guides line managers by instilling the company’s core values and assisting with the rapid scaling.
Prior to leading NutraCap, Bromwich served in senior management roles within the operations, logistics and business development. He is focused on building a unique culture, driving value added initiatives, resulting in a turnkey customer experience.
Bromwich entered the workforce over two decades ago as a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice in the United Kingdom. He currently resides in Cumming, GA and enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife.
Brent joined Nutracap in 2016. Before joining Nutracap, Brent owned a Creative Agency for 10 years that specialized in lead generation, paid advertising, search engine optimization and website design.
He has experience as corporate trainer in the direct sales industry and was the general manager of largest volume Honda Powersports dealership in the US from 2004-2007.
Brent is a self-motivated problem solver that has proven track record of success throughout multiple industries and business ventures.
After attending Community College of Philadelphia, she started her Procurement Career with JWS Delavau in Philadelphia, PA. After 7 years with Delavau she traveled to sunny Florida and became Nature’s Products Purchasing Manager for the next several years but then relocated back North to work for companies such as IVC, and Reliance Vitamin. She has developed and implemented improved processes to increase operational efficiency while simultaneously reducing costs.
Jacqueline’s career has allowed her to develop partnerships with suppliers both internationally and domestically in which she values tremendously.

He started his career at the age of 22 when he founded Radcontrol, a startup dedicated to assist healthcare institutions in managing biomedical equipment. Henrique has also worked as a management consultant at Kearney with focus on large M&A integrations and after that at Carnival Cruise Line leading multiple onboard businesses with full P&L responsibility. Most recently, he managed a $350M P&L with operations in 30+ countries and a team of over 600 team members.
In 2015, Henrique received a Master’s diploma from Kellogg School of Management in Business Administration.
Henrique is a seasoned executive with large P&L experience, expertise in customer analytics, commercial strategy, go-to-market and multi-store operations
Rodrigo started his career in Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions and completed due diligence or integration for 11 M&A projects worldwide (Europe, Africa, North America and South America).
In 2016, Rodrigo received his MBA degree from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, after which he joined Amazon as an Operations Leader. At Amazon Rodrigo planned and executed launch of large Amazon Robotics operation and led teams of 20+ managers and 1300+ hourly associates.
Most recently, in 2019, Rodrigo joined Virtu Equity as a Partner and has focused on Business Development and Finance for the fund and its investments.
Eevie started her career in investment banking. Most recently, she was a member of the management trainee program at Carnival Cruise Line. She worked across 5 different business units at Carnival where she demonstrated her ability to identify actionable profit-based insights.
She graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Market & Management Studies.
Since Mr. Houser started the company, it has grown to employ more than 240 individuals. He has since stepped down as an officer of the company and brought in a highly skilled team of individuals to make Nutracap an industry leader. When he isn’t working, Wes Houser enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with charitable organizations in his community.
