Overview: Kre-Alkalyn is a buffered form of creatine developed by Jeff Golini. It is designed with the correct pH balance to help the muscles stay hydrated which increases glycogen synthesis and stimulates muscle growth. Unlike creatine monohydrate, Kre-Alkalyn does not convert into creatinine when it comes in contact with any fluid. This prevents bloating and other toxic effects.
Common Dosage: 2 capsules before exercise and 2 capsules immediately after exercise.
