Overview: Cirsium Oligophyllum is a species of thistle native to East Asia. Its extract is touted for its role in lipolysis. It also has antioxidant properties thanks to it flavonoid content, specifically nepetins and hispidulins. It has a synergistic effect when used in conjunction with caffeine. Its leaves, roots, and flowers are edible.
