Overview: Chondroitin Sulfate is a naturally-occuring substance touted for its joint-supporting benefits. It is believed to enhance the shock-absorbing properties of collagen in the body while blocking enzymes that cause the breakdown of cartilage.
When paired with glucosamine, it helps cartilage retain water and reverse cartilage loss.
It also plays an important role in stabilizing normal brain synapses and protects the brain from injury. It helps regenerate new tissue which helps in replacing damaged nerve endings in the event of brain trauma.
Common Dosage: 800 g to 1200 mg divided into two to four doses everyday
