Origin: Derived from dehydroepiandrosterone
Also Known As:
Androst 3 5-dien-7 17-dione 3-deoxy-7-oxo-DHEA
7 Keto DHEA
Overview: Arimistane is a naturally-occurring aromatase inhibitor that inhibits estrogen biosynthesis by permanently binding and deactivating aromatase in adipose and peripheral tissues.
It is a staple in many cycles and post cycle therapies (PCTs) because it provides a good testosterone boost which helps in building muscle, increasing strength, losing fat, and more. It is often stacked with other prohormones to promote muscle strength and endurance.
Common Dosage: Arimistane is often used in a cycle of 4 to 6 weeks and dosage varies depending on where you are in the cycle. For the first week, the common dosage is 75 to 100 mg per day. For the second and third week, 50 to 75 mg per day. And for the fourth to sixth week, 25 to 50 mg per day.
